First cycle AI question

Hi

I’m only getting everything in place before I start my 1st cycle.
Going to be running Testosterone enanthate 1ml twice a week for ten weeks next running a PCT of Clomid and Nolvadex, which I have. I only wanted advice on running an AI, I was thinking Arimidex or Letro, should appreciate any advice

Mike Morris - Extreme Intensity


There are 6 things needed for a great entertaining bodybuilding dvd they are:
1. The athlete could be in reasonably great condition
2. Heavy weights perhaps be realative, but its nice to look the athlete moving few impressive iron.
3. The athlete could be talkative, not overly talkative, only abundant for the viewer to take a opportunity to “know him/her
4. Workout intensity could be high.
5. bonus features (back stage footage, private lifestyle stuff and nutrition is forever fun watch)
6. Contest footage or posing footage is neat to look as well.
Mike Morris’ new dvd has 2.5 outside of 6 of these. (they are 1,4, and 6-although its only gym posing).
Taped prior to the 2005 Ironman Mike is in great condition, showing a highly thick and nearly ripped physique. He takes a thru his entire torso routine. But being so close to the show the weights aren’t impressive.
I was expecting few heavy poundages, considering I’ve forever look what an “animal” mike is in the gym.
His intensity is above there, and his movements are sluggish and deliberate. Stretching the muscles and making a great contraction seems to be a priority that close to a show for Mike.
His chest routine gives us a great example of how the gore can swell a persons muscle. Mike is truely a dense and thick athlete!
His leg routine is interesting as well. He squats and goes above to 315, but the reps are sluggish and he pauses at the bottom!!!(not at the top).
His calves are awesome looking and his delts are thick and big.
All in all that is a decent dvd. But it has few flaws.
First of all here are never chapters in that dvd production. So in few sense its like watching it on vhs. Now that sucks! Thats one of things that makes dvd enjoyable, the simply to bounce around the “movie”.
Secondly Mike really doesn’t even speak while the filming. No tone over, never talking while training, never anything.
So its only watching him train, and at times it take a few boring.
Thirdly never bonus features at all.
No contest footage, never diet info, never lifestyle stuff.
Some gym posing but thats it.
So whether you like Mike Morris, and you don’t thought the lack of personality in that dvd, and another lost ingrediants, next you’ll like that DVD.
Its a val segal production (he did Chris Cormiers) and the production value is ok, (he could have taken the hour to set the chapters in it!!!)

Tren gyno

Could 200mg/week of tren A be abundant to because gyno? im additionally taking vit b6 @ 500mg/ED, and aromasin @ 25mg/ED,as im additionally running experiment prop and GH?

Bedtime snack

On a cut, at the min i’m consume 6 eggs and pb prior to bed, however the eggs are starting to become a drop of a struggle to take down, any ideas on what I can replace them with, the only 2 options defo outside are:
- Cottage Cheese (can’t lift the stuff, tried it another final midnight an I only can’t hack it, mixed it with tuna and drowned it in spices)
- A shake (already having 3 a date and do not need anymore in the diet).

Was thinking about only having a sh!tload of pb, but thought i’d look whether anyone has any improved ideas.
